Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen events. This means it can take an additional 1-2 weeks in the delivery time. If you don't want to risk your orders being delayed, let us know within 12 hours of your purchase that you want to cancel.
We use 3rd party couriers to deliver orders and you should be aware that there's a small percentage of orders getting lost and getting delayed.
Orders are sent out through regular shipping. If you wish to have them sent with insurance coverage or through express delivery, email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing. We will give you the quotation.
We can not cancel your order when it's already shipped.

We use 3rd party tracking systems to track orders and if the website states that your order was delivered then we will go by it. Only when the state, city or zip code from your tracking number is not consistent with your inputted shipping details, we will offer the refund. No exceptions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We always strive to make your return experience hassle free and handle your return in the most timely fashion possible.
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement. Try your items as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing if applicable.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within 7 days from the delivered date. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.
Please note, we only accept full returns on unused, undamaged product that has its original packaging intact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all.
Our policy lasts 7 days from date of receipt. Once the period passes, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require photographs or videos demonstrating the problem. It is to be sent to us via email. If you can't prove the problem then we will not issue a refund or replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 to 72 hours.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
